-

Chula Vista (BESO)
The Chula Vista Building Energy Benchmarking and Conservation Ordinance (CV BESO) requires covered buildings to annually benchmark energy use and meet ongoing performance or conservation requirements to improve efficiency and reduce emissions.
-

Denver (Energize Denver)
The Energize Denver Building Performance Policy requires large buildings to benchmark annually and meet energyāefficiency targets in 2028 and 2032. Many buildings will also need thirdāparty data verification, target adjustments, or ASHRAE Level 2 audits to stay compliant and improve performance.
-

Los Angeles (EBEWE)
The Los Angeles Existing Buildings Energy and Water Efficiency Ordinance requires buildings to benchmark energy and water use annually and complete audits and retro-commissioning every five years to improve performance and reduce environmental impact.
-

New York City (LL84)
